Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your return request within this period.

After your return notification, you have another 14 days to return the item to us.

The item must be returned unused, unworn, and in its original condition. The costs for the return shipment are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed or if the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.

After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount within the legal term and using the same payment method with which the order was placed, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note: personalized items, custom-made items, and items made specifically to your wishes cannot be returned, except in case of a defect or error in the product.

The costs for returning the order are at the customer's expense. We recommend sending your return with track & trace, as we are not responsible for loss during transit. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

After receipt and inspection of the return, the purchase amount (excluding extra costs such as shipping costs) will be refunded within a reasonable period.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Exceptions/items that cannot be returned

Used items cannot be returned.
Some items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, such as underwear or swimwear.
Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within ten business days via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
