Shipping & Delivery Time
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the country to which your order is delivered. During checkout, you will always see the correct shipping rate for your address.
Do you live within a 5 km radius of Okegem? Then you are eligible for free local delivery, but only for products made in my own studio. This option will only appear if your address is within the delivery zone and your order qualifies.
The following rates apply for standard shipping:

Please note: products made in my own studio are only available for delivery in Belgium and the Netherlands. If you order from another country, you can only order products delivered by my external production partner.
What is the delivery time for my order?
At Atelier Laverze, products are only printed after your order has been placed. This allows me to work consciously, without large stock surpluses, and ensures that each product receives the attention it deserves.
Delivery time depends on the type of product and where it is made.
Products made in our own studio
Products that I print myself in my studio are usually produced and prepared for shipment within 1 to 5 working days.
After that, the courier's shipping time is added, which is usually about 1 to 3 working days.
For products from my own studio, you can therefore expect a total delivery time of approximately 2 to 8 working days, depending on the volume of orders and shipping.
Products via external print partners
For some products, I collaborate with external print partners. They also only start production after your order has been placed.
I work with two print partners. Which partner is used depends on the chosen product, as not every partner offers the same assortment.
Wherever possible, I try to have your entire order processed by one print partner.
The average delivery times are:

For some products, the delivery time can be longer, sometimes more than 20 working days. If this is the case, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
Good to know
The stated delivery times are guidelines. During busy periods, due to delays with suppliers or the courier, delivery may take a little longer.
If you order products from different collections or of different production types together, the delivery time may depend on the product with the longest processing time.
